January Puddle Duck Update

Oh, things got good last night.  After far to long, we got an airfoil.  

Prepping a blank for testing:

A little more prep.

Mounting the blank.

Registration holes for the flip pins.

After the first pass with the roughing cutter.

Flipping the blank.

Surfacing the other side.

Dan, taking video of the surfacing operation.

And finally, the payoff.

After many tries, it was so satisfying to see this perfect NACA0012 airfoil.
